Elementary School Nutrition

I work for coffee county BOE as a school nutrition manager at Nicholls elementary school for 3 years. We feed breakfast and lunch to 300 kids. I prepare and served food, checked in trucks. Done production paperwork and inventory checklist monthly. I also have my serve safe certification.
