WORK EXPERIENCE
2017-2020: I did my community impact project for 3 years. My every year project was an environmental conservation based project. It was organised and supervised by an organization called THESE NUMBERS HAVE FACES, the aim of the project was to give back to our communities by providing them with the skills and knowledge in the area we are specialized in.
2017-2020: I was a forestry specialist of Water and sanitation for sustainable development Ltd (WSSD).
Responsibilities: I was in charge of all nursery related activities, developing forestry related reports and land scape restoration projects, preparation of tenders related to forestry and agroforestry and supervision of field surveyors, data quality control and selection of suitable tree species.
03/2018 -04/2019: I was a member of the student's union in the college as a volunteer awarded a certificate.
Responsibilities: I was the minister of finance in charge of financial situations of students 05/2019 -07/2019: I did an internship and research on participatory forest management in RWANDA DEVELOPMENT BOARD
Responsibilities:Working with local communities in environmental conservation and providing them with skills related to forestry resources management. October 2019: I did my extension trainings provided by IUCN in Gicumbi district March 2020 to April 2022: I was a sector forest officer (extensionist) in NYANZA district, KIBIRIZI sector.
Responsibilities:
-To coordinate the community's ideas, provide them with new techniques and technology related to the forestry field, help the community to identify and prevent pests and diseases.
-Coordinating objectives of different projects that work in the area like AMAYAGA FOREST LANDSCAPE AND RESTORATION with the specifications of the livelihood of the community.
-Management of public, district and state forest in a sustainable way.
-Mobilising the communities to play their roles in forestry management September 2021: I attended trainings provided by RFA on FMES June 2022: I attended trainings on Nursery construction provided by GIZ April 2022 to November 2023: I was working with in Ultimate Forests Company as Silviculture Forester
Responsibilities:
-I was incharge silviculture operations including:Nursery Preparations,planting activities, plantation management and inventory.

-Tree seeds selection according to the annual planning 2024 to present: I am the Cell Community Extension Assistant in Arcos Network (MuLaKiLa Project)
Responsibilities:
1.To undertake effective delivery of tree nursery management activities in the assigned site according to the tree nursery development plan.
2.To contribute to the development and implementation of the work plan of the tree nursery in reference to the project plan.
3.To manage the monthly and quarterly technical report. 4. To determine optimal growin conditions (weather, topography, soil type, drainage etc) that affect seedlings growth.
5. To contribute to the recruitment of the employees of the tree nursery, training of farmers on tree nursery development and maintenance to ensure the sustainability of the project. 6. To contribute to the selection of tree seeds to plant and grow depending on specific conditions of the agricultural zone and objectives of the project. 7.To Monitor tree growth and report quickly to potential problems or threats to the health of the seedlings.
8.To maintain the nursery facilities and equipment to ensure sustainable use 9.Work closely with CCEO and Landscape management and project team members to ensure the project plan is delivered on time to agreed targets. 10.Represent ARCOS-MuLaKiLa Project at meetings with stakeholders as directed by Line Manager.
11.Undertake any other tasks commensurate with the position as directed. 12.Ensure that the trainings to be provided to farmers are delivered accordingly and timely and make sure that the deliverables are of any use to farmers Education
