When working on the dock, I recommended that we have two closers during CPT times when staffing allows. Management liked my recommendation, as it decreased closing sort cages throughout the day.

I Water Spidered to assist with getting cages ready for packaging, NONCON, and rebinning to meet CPT times

In November 2020, I put together and facilitated training for the package kickout project

oI observed a high volume of kickouts that could be avoided, so I took it upon myself to document training materials that I sent to my managers; Nicholas Lewis, Tony Boaten, and Marvell Moore. They suggested that I provide the training.

oI provided training to all trained pack associates on day shift on November 22, 2020. After this training we saw a significant decrease in the number of kickouts that were created. My recommendation was to provide this training to all trained pack associates at least quarterly

Since relocating to Georgia, I am unaware if they continued to utilize this training

Primary responsibilities were to pack and perform problem solving. My average scans per hour was 200, with my highest scans per hour being 400.
