I worked in a team to trouble shoot networking issues, diagnose them and resolve the issue. I also helped install and update operating systems. I helped sysprep machines and saved an image to then download an image to clone it to other machines. I also helped back up configurations on older and newer routers and switches such as Cisco routers 4221 and 1800 series as well as Cisco switches Catalyst 1000 series and Catalyst 2960 series. I used Windows server 2019 and worked with shares for server, etc. Education
