• Responsible for Setup approval while developing NPD Product.

• To Review NPD Status on Daily Production meeting.

• Responsible for stage wise inspection and check sheet follow up for NPD Product. • Responsible for NPD to Production Handover follow up.

• Making One Point Lesson for NPD Product at Development stage.

• Taking TGR & TGW Study while developing NPD Product

• Responsible for delivery of NPD Product to customer as per our Time line plan. • NPD WIP status reporting to the Management.

NPD Product Testing and Approval

• While developing the NPD Product Conducting the mechanical test like TENSILE, IMPACT, HARDNESS tests to confirm the mechanical property of the materials. • To follow up Load Test and Endurance test (Fatigue test).

• To follow up Rough road test at customer end.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES

• Taking Takt time study for process improvement.

• Taking Heat treatment Temperature Study to reduce furnace walking beam cycle time. • Ensuring that EVERYTHING IN IT’S RIGHT PLACE in the shop floor(5’s activities) to achieve that right product to reach customer.

• Implementing Kaizen activities, puffing process.

• Controlling the process and product characteristics to ensure the PED requirements. • TPM
