TWB Company LLC -POSITION ROTARY LINE OPERATOR /CRIB ATTENDANT / TOOL CRIB COORDINATOR 2015 – TO PRESENT

Rotary line operator. I was responsible for programming jobs per the data set, inspecting quality of the parts according to the inspection sheets, work with the forklift driver to get the data set changed over to the next job in a timely manner.

Crib attendant. Responsible for inventory of spare parts in the crib, keeping all PPE ordered and available for all employees. Requesting quotes from suppliers and submitting requisitions for purchase orders. I have always been available 24/7 in any event of emergency in order to keep the lines running at all times. I have been responsible for providing them for the Antioch, Glasgow, and Smyrna locations as well.

International Tool and Stamping -POSITION PRESS OPERATOR /DIE SET UP 2013 -2015

I was responsible for the setup and operation of metal stamping presses from 50-200 tons as well as part quality and getting the finished product to the warehouse.

Fein tool- POSITION PRESS OPERATOR /DIE SET UP 2012-2013

I was responsible for the setup and operation of a 1600 ton Shuler transfer press. I was also responsible for hourly quality checks and getting my parts to the next operation via forklift.

Metal quest- POSITION – SHIFT PRODUCTION MANAGER 2011-2012

Shift production manager responsible for directing 12 employees, shipping and receiving during the shift, and communicating with tooling to ensure a quality product.

Genesee A & B - POSITION PRESS OPERATOR / SUPERVISOR 2008-2011

I was a press operator and shift supervisor. My responsibilities included setting up and operating progressive dies in 100-500 ton stamping presses. During supervision, my duties were to schedule and assign jobs to approximately 30 employees on 20 presses, 4 welders, forklifts and material handlers. I had to communicate between quality and tooling to ensure quality parts.

Orchid International - POSITION PRESS OPERATOR / DIE SETTER 2000-2008

I was a press operator and was in charge of setting up and running progressive tools in stamping presses of 400-1000 tons. I was required to do quality inspections on my parts and others.

S&S Industries - POSITION STEEL RULE DIE MAKER/ SUPERVISOR 1982-2000

I was a steel rule die maker and production supervisor. My responsibilities were to plan production, assign duties to employees and get parts to the packing area in a safe and timely manner, while assuring a quality product. I was in charge of opening and closing the plant on different shifts ensuring everything was ready for the employees to start work on time and making sure that everything was properly turned off at the end of the shift in a safely manner. I also helped with shipping and receiving, and loading and unloading trucks with forklifts and hand jacks.

I am a very dependable and hard-working individual and I work well in group situations where everybody is willing to work together, as well as being able to work independently when necessary. I am always willing to listen to new ideas and able to learn and adapt to necessary changes.
