Building Violations- Managed property cases due to comply with Miami Dade County 40 Year Recertification Ordinance. Prepare cases with all documentation to be presented to the County’s demolition board. Provided information on open building violations and recorded building violations reported to the building department for investigation. Assisted customers in providing information on how to resolve building violations issued to a property and inform on the type of permits to obtain to comply with the Florida Building Code.
Prepared and maintained all related violation files and provided information upon request.
