Handled enterprise coordination with PMW 200, Reserves Force (RESFOR), Marine Corps Forces Reserve (MARFORES), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), United States Navy (USN), and United States Marine Corps (USMC) site customers. Coordinated the removal and installation of transport boundaries, outside and inside plants, switches, routers, network drops, and classified facility designations. Led the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) health systems implementation and Training and Enterprise Support (HSITES) program including associated recruitment, hiring, development, and supervision of employees. Managed the digital Health Data Repository (HDR) including support with software development, coordination of plans, and creation of performance metrics involving projects, staffing, and requirements.

§Managed the movement of 25K people across 20 sites and the closure of 70 sites.

§Coordinated multiple concurrent activities with 150+ people on a weekly basis including vendors, local Internet providers, and HP infrastructure managers.
