I am a widower. I live alone. I don’t have to check with anybody if you need extra hours or availability for a late customer. I don’t date. I don’t drink. I can work any hours and any days

(except Sunday mornings until noon).

Health And Energy

My health is excellent. I have not missed a day of work in many years. I always phone if I am going to miss any time. I am exceedingly punctual. I arrive before my shift and often stay after. I am probably one of the most energetic and enthusiastic people you have ever met. Enthusiasm sells and I have plenty. Getting excited about products and services is what has made me successful in sales.

Skills

Sales

I have a soft style of selling that is very effective. I listen carefully to what the customer wants and needs and then I demonstrate how the benefits we offer fulfills those wants. I am an excellent closer after many years of experience.

Recruiting

I have been successful in recruiting top team members for my companies and for clients. I interview like a sale and sell them into wanting to join us. I have also created training for many clients and performed live seminars.

• Accounting & Auditing

My formal training is in accounting and auditing. I was employed as a public accountant and led audit teams on large client audits. I can read and understand financial statements and create budgets and business plans.

Experience

I took almost 2 years off to care for and comfort my wife who had cancer. Unfortunately, she passed away on Dec 22, 2023.

During that time, I had no income and I spent a large portion of our savings. 1985 - 2012 Sales And Management Solutions

I established my own company to do training and recruiting for clients in three chosen industries. My company was very successful until the financial crisis cut off my clients’ sources of retail financing.

2012 - 2013 Culligan United States Water

I was the sales manager for Illinois with 7 locations to supervise. I did recruiting, training, and sales management.

2013-2015 Huntley Realty

I was a licensed broker. I listed and sold properties mainly in Huntley. I learned how to be a successful Realtor in this position. 2015 - 2018 Remax

Remax recruited me for their Huntley office but after a few years, the company suffered financial and management problems and closed. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate 2018 - Present

I was a Broker out of the Huntley office (except for the time I took off for the care of my wife). After my wife passed I returned to the Crystal Lake office where I am working at present.
