Arranged for resident applicants and Neurosurgeon dinners, accommodations and transportation

Processed all newly hired residents.

Created a day-long seminar for departing Chief Residents on “How To Transition from Residency to Employment

Created Mock Interviews to prepare residents for the Oral Boards

Interviewed patients for feedback on residents.

Ensured all residents had number of required hours in Neurosurgery to graduate on time.

2019-2020 Carroll County Hospital Cancer Center

Volunteer

Assisted cancer patients with hospitality, preparation for tests, and follow up appointments.
