Created Mock Interviews to prepare residents for the Oral Boards

Interviewed patients for feedback on residents.

Ensured all residents had number of required hours in Neurosurgery to graduate on time.

Assisted cancer patients with hospitality, preparation for tests, and follow up appointments.
