Supervised the maintenance and construction process of Electrical Controls & Components, Plumbing, HVAC, Boilers, and Fire Safety equipment within the facility. Monitored the use of electrical and plumbing operations and oversaw staff members in all routines and procedures.

Amazon Fulfillment Center – Assistant Project Manager, Shafter, CA 2020 – 2023

Work with general contractors and vendors to deliver efficient and high-quality project turnovers. Creation of construction project scope and request for proposals. Construction project management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of building/project. Supervised 40 employees, oversee, and collaborated with project managers, electrical and mechanical engineering contractors. Recording and reporting key construction metrics to team members and management.

JPL – NASA – Energy Maintenance Engineer, Pasadena, CA 2013 - 2017

Perform, Maintenance, Calibration, Adjustments and Monitoring of EMS/BMS systems and controls.

Operation of Electrical, HVAC, Chillers. Boilers, VFD'S, Motors, Vacuum, Air, Water, Gas, Towers, Electrical Controls, and all duties as a building Engineer/Specialist. Knowledge of building EMS Systems, TALON, HONEYWELL, JOHNSON, STAEFA, Controls, and Systems.

Santa Clara County – Stationary Engineer, San Jose, CA 1991 – 1993

Valley Medical Center. Maintained and repaired building and facilities systems and equipment, including electric towers, boilers, steam systems, electronic alarm and building operations systems.

Lear Electric – Journeyman Electrician, San Francisco, CA 1989 - 1991

New construction. Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. Work with blueprints to figure out how the systems are supposed to work. Troubleshoot electrical problems and come up with solutions for them. Job included but not limited to installation of piping and wiring for a 43-story hotel building.
