Bailer/Starch/Waste Water Operator:

Collect and feed scraps into shredder and ensure it feeds through into scrap bales. Once bales are made load into waste bale trailers by using a sit down fork lift.

Feed bags of starch into hoppers once levels get low.

Check viscosity levels of starch to ensure the starch is neither too thick nor too thin.

Treat waste water until the PH levels reach a safe level and send it out to the street.

Overtime cross training: Quality Control Load tag operator

Ensure product meets quality standards and is measured and tagged properly before sending down the line to the strapper operator.

Cross training continued: Strapper Operator

Correct any and all quality issues sent from the load tag position. Ensure product is strapped properly for safe and secure transit before sending down to shipping.

Ensure product is tagged and strapped properly before using sit down forklift to securely load into the proper trailers in a safe and timely manner. Dock trailers and create bill of ladings properly using axiom shippimg system. Ensure all paperwork is correct and signed off by cdl drivers on time for their deliveries. Make sure work area remains neat at all times. House keeping is the number one priority.

Continue all shipping responsibilities with the addition of training and assisting in qualifying new hires. After training is complete continue to help guide new hires on day to day operations. Correct any and all errors and work with shipping team to ensure more accuracy moving forward.

Using an electric pallet jack and a scan gun, collect merchandise and deliver to packing.

When there is free time help pack in the packing station. Also keep a clean/safe working environment by

collecting shrink wrap and cardboard with pallet jack, then operate the bailers. Help shrink wrap pallets

and help load merchandise.
