Emerged as the district-wide expert on student enrollment, personally handling all related functions in concert with Data Entry staff as the sole "go to" person. Directed comprehensive enrollment functions for a district with 115K students, directly teaming with Data Entry Management stuff as the single "go to" person organization-wide.
Remedied 100-150 tickets per week, singularly outpacing the entire Help Desk team of 7 members collectively.

Managed the Focus Student Information System (FSIS) ticketing system as part of a four-person team, rectifying issues such as bugs, performing corrective tests, and educating staff on solutions and/ or workaround for various problems.
Originated 100+ system fixes, including MSSQL database table changes and PHP code bug resolutions, adopted by the vendor for integration into the product used by school districts nationwide, Employed MSSQL database to control the backend and PHP code language for the front end.
Upgraded, repaired, and updated FSIS, closely working with the product developer, the vendor, school administration, and IT management staff, primarily scheduling major system changes during school breaks.
