Technology, Advisory and Research

Design and optimize electrical and mechanical systems for a variety of applications including hydrogen gas fuel cell power generator manufacturing, low volume high reliability precision processes, kanban and 5S factory layout, and visual factory automated process planning.

Conducted detailed design and process reviews for the creation of the Failure Modes Effects and Analysis of a hydrogen fuel cell DC power generator that would be submitted to Underwriter’s Laboratory (UL) as part of the construction analysis.

Developed technical project documents per government contract requirements.

Created operational, installation and trouble shooting manuals for the hydrogen gas DC power generator.

Created the Quality Management System (QMS) for the hydrogen manufacturing factory in accordance with UL’s specifications for record retention, engineering controls and drawing revisions.

Developed the process for request for quotes and request for proposals that would be used in the selection of general contractor, architectural firm, electrician, real-state attorney and site inspector.

Projects are completed on-time and within budget specifications as approved in the project planning.
