• Analyzed requirements and provided system support for data link hardware, RF communication equipment, digital signal processing applications such as MATLAB SIMULINK, LINK 16 terminals, PRC style radios, radios with MUOS, ESRI mapping software, electromagnetic equipment, isotropic antennas and phased-arrays. • Fielded tactical radios at the Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) at Fort Bliss, TX.

• Lead developing the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP), Core Depot Assessment (CDA) for spares, repair, and maintenance planning. Let Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to accomplish ILS goals.

• Operationally tested hand-held RF tactical radios by coordinating test scenarios and plans; provided technical feedback and analyses to fellow test coordinators; performed radio, waveform, and test equipment troubleshooting procedures.

• Verified and Validated (V&V) training, maintenance, repair, and operational manuals.

• Coordinated requirements withTRADOC TCM Tactical Radio to develop/refine DODAF level 1 AN/PRC-154 Rifleman and Man Pack Radio systems concepts and requirements. Results were added to the Master Test Plan, Life-Cycle Sustainment Plan.

• Performed business case analyses, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), level of repair analyses (LORA), source of repair analyses (SORA), and core logistics analyses (CLA), Bill of Materials (BOM) on tactical radios to determine optimal acquisition and supportability strategies.

• Developed and maintained Security Classifications Guides (SCG) for all contracting efforts regarding tactical radios such as legacy SINCGARS. November 2004 – June 2007 Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD)

• Led the I2WD SIGINT Technology Branch of the Electronic Warfare Division in the design of the Invicta IED trigger geo-location detection system. Triggers included cell phones and other RF transmitting devices. Successfully conducted developmental testing to move project forward to a Phase II Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) award.

• Worked with the I2WD Fabrication, Integration, and Fielding Facility (FIFF) in the development of custom vehicle rapid prototyping installation hardware for quick-reaction direction-finding and geo-location systems. Coordinated with the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) for funding resources and successfully implemented system development and fielding ahead of schedule.

• Tested a direction-finding antenna array system at a Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center test facility. Algorithms were modeled in MATLAB code.

• Led a project in developing a self-calibrating digital direction finding antenna array for RF detection time difference of arrival. Measured S-parameters and calculated VSWR.

• Performed independent laboratory in-house research on fast constellation pattern recognition methods of signals in digital communications. Tested and compared waveform recognition software for accuracy, efficiency, and ease-of-use. Co-authored “Comparative Study of COTS Automated Modulation Classifiers” (2006
