Expatriation Coordinator 07/2018 - 02/2023
Coordinated all expatriation phases of 100+ Brazilian outbounds, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, repatriation, and post- assignment of 12 company offices.
Oversaw the payment of expatriation benefits such as relocation payments, Allowances, and Salary.
Prepared expatriation estimates costs, contracts, offer letters, and submission of documentation for signature by responsible leaders. Led 80 cases of inbounds and outbounds expatriates from the United States.
Advised on the expatriates' career development.
Worked closely with Immigration Team for visa analysis. Expatriation Senior Analyst 07/2012 - 06/2018
Handled an average budget of 5 million BRL per year for expatriates. Conducted a survey of 80+ annual transfers pre-on-post assignments and led all transfers of professionals in the company within Brazil. Created an internal control in Microsoft Excel to compile all transfers. Elaborated Templates for Offer Letters, Proposal Submission Emails, and Transfer Costs.

In-loco for Nokia Siemens company to coordinate the expatriation, supporting the local documentation of 40+ expatriates. Collaborated with the tax team to prepare annual income meetings with expatriates to clarify doubts about income tax.
