Work experience:
AKD Facilities Management:01/12/2022-Present
Working on the frontline as a Security door supervisor with asylum seekers at bridging hotels and holding sites. Constantly dealing with u wanted guests angry protesters enhanced my experience of de-escalating situations, furthermore assisting residents that struggle to understand English taught me the importance of open palm gestures and changing my tone and vocabulary to make it easier for the client to understand what I’m saying.
Key responsibilities:
*Ensure the security, well-being and safety of all personnel, visitors and the site
*Professional Conduct, demonstrating a professional and respectful demeanour while interacting with all individuals on the premises.
*collaboration, coordinating with law enforcement, emergency services and other security personnel to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.

Shadowing an employee in customer service as-well as file handling. This experience helped me to further developed my communication and increase my confidence.
Key responsibilities:
*communicate with customers and recommend them with suitable cars
*resilience, not all customers are friendly and want to communicate in a calm manner, so remaining calm can ease situations rather than worsen them.
*persistence and determination, customers need time to find a suitable car as-well as persuasion to spend the large some of money.

Barclays: 02/07/2020
At Barclays I have learnt how corporate banking works and experience of being in the offices in Canary Wharf. My school did a programme in which 200 students were interviewed by Barclays corporate banking team. Out of the 200 only two would be picked to spend a week experiencing the work at Barclays. Due to my performance throughout the interviews I was chosen.Unfortunately due to COVID-19 this could not happen. However we did have a day where we spent it in the Barclays building learning about what goes on in each floor and the process Barclays have to hire new team members.

Muay Thai has taught me self-discipline, confidence as well as leadership skills, where I would help the younger fighters when I was off season.
Business:
I have started my own business “Unruly customz” where I wrap cars. Starting this as a 16-year-old, has taught me a lot about how to run business’ knowledge inhibited such as, cost benefits of choices, calculating taxes and many more admin skills.
