Position: Senior Quality Control Analyst.
Job Description:
-Analyze all incoming raw materials, in-process of croissant, analyze the final packaged product as well as ensure FIFO at the final product warehouse among other quality control/assurance duties.
- Conduct Quality analysis such as proximate analysis using equipments like Kjetec 8400,Fibertec 122,Soxtec 8000 and the NIRS DS 2500 F,Calcium and phosphorous analysis, etc within QC laboratory using predefined test methods.
-Routine Chemical analysis(pH,Total dissolved solids, Total Hardness, and Iron) of the various water that's utilized on plant.
-Supervise periodic fumigation of the warehouse,Silos and the entire plant
-Keeps monitoring the performance and calibration/validation status of sampling and test equipment and test procedures used by using Internal Control Plan (ICP) checklist monthly.
-Lead and effectively Manage the performance of subordinates/team members towards the achievement
-Performs other functions assigned by the Quality Control Manager.

-Inspection and certification of raw material(Cassava).
-Supervision of Production processes from peeling till flour and ensured production
