Assisted with conducting risk assessments that identified potential threats and data loss vulnerabilities in client’s infrastructure and made recommendations to implement DLP project to install security control measures to prevent potential egress of digital assets which have digital rights management implications.
Ran multiple pen testing engagement and vulnerability assessment. Functionally worked as an IT Project Manager assigned to lead several on-premise to cloud conversions primarily working with Azure DevOps team (infrastructure) and AppDev teams (application).
As IT Project Manager working closely with Scrum Master SCM using Azure ADO to track DevOps team using Kanban board which provided a visual interactive space to plan and show work progress. Assessment of their newly established MS Azure Platform. The group focused on system that dynamically fed Rates, Yield Curves, Spot, and Cross Currencies tailored for each country. This required collaboration within country Product Control Unit, Treasury, Operations, and QA groups assuring all dates and deliverables were met according to specifications.

IT DIRECTOR
As Director of the go-forward primary transaction processing platform at Fiserv/First Data Corporation (world’s largest Payment processor), responsibilities included a matrix-oriented organization as a project manager for the completion of all projects for this group using full product life cycle implementations which entailed 8 simultaneous projects on average.
This involved original platform development and any subsequent enhancements or customization, peak season preparation, annual compliance, and maintenance projects utilizing traditional software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology (waterfall).
Technologies used: IBM MF z/OS, COBOL2/CICS/VSAM/DB2/SFTP, Connect-Direct/ ISO8583.
Responsibilities included working with developmental staff and cross functional groups during all project phases, including, project initiation, planning, brainstorming, execution/development, testing, implementation, and support endeavors to develop, maintain, and customize all internally developed applications.
These projects were managed using Microsoft Project until transition to Clarity platform in 2010 and all project artifacts were stored on SharePoint. Extensively trained in management programs while at First Data such as SEI/CMM, Project Management, First Leaders, Team Dynamics, Corporate Ethics, and many other areas.
The last major project worked on with my team was the Trans Armor project, which involved adding encryption, and tokenization to the portion of the Acquiring platform called Host Data Capture (HDC) supporting debit and credit card processing for all major card brands: MC/Visa/Disc/Amex.
As co-Architect of HDC and supervisor, my responsibilities were managing the technical resources and the 24/7/365 application platform that captures all the transactions from the Frontend Switches and then reformats them to all our backend settling platforms.
Approximately 10 years of Project Management experience was attained while at this position while managing both onshore and offshore resources, project deadlines, and performing architectural duties as well.
Lead team to create disaster recovery process meeting high standards of zero RPO/RTO requirements.
