Name of assignment of project: Mouza and Plot Based National Digital Land Zoning Project Year : February 2023 to Present.
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Client: Ministry of Land
Main project features: Map digitization and geo-referencing all mouza of Dhaka and Barisal Division. Position held: Junior GIS & RS Analyst
Activities performed:
1. Convert the collected maps and documents into digital formats through map digitization on ArcGIS. 2. Assign geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) to each mouza boundary to accurately position them on the Earth's surface through geo-referencing.
3. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy of the digitized maps and geo-referenced data. 4. Collect additional attribute data for each mouza, such as land use, land ownership, population demographics, and infrastructure information.
5. Organize the digitized maps and attribute data into a comprehensive database structure. 6. Perform spatial analysis to derive meaningful insights from the digitized maps and attribute data. Name of assignment of project: Consulting Services for Supervision & Monitoring of Performance-Based Package - WD1: Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Railway Bridge Construction Project: Eastern Part of Civil Works

Main project features: Supervising Social & Environmental impact due to the construction of the Bangabandhu Railway Bridge.

Activities Performed:
1. Preparing Environmental Maps for Several Surveys like Surface Quality, Air Quality, Noise Quality, Aquatic and Dolphin Survey etc. and submit it to Environmental Expert Dr. SMA Rashid. 2. Prepare Bathymetric Maps, Land Cover and Landuse Classification map from Landsat-8 Satellite Images. 3. Assisting Dr. SMA Rashid in preparing excel database and interpreting survey data. 4. Collecting survey data in several geodatabase for future necessity. Name of assignment of project: Bangladesh Regional Waterway Transport Project-1 (BRWTP-1) - World Bank (WB) funded Dredging Project.

Client: Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA). Main project features: Consultancy Services for Supervision and Monitoring of Performance-Based Dredging Contracts with Maintenance Dredging and Installation and Maintenance of Navigational Aids along the Navigational Routes under the Contract of Bangladesh Regional Waterway Transport Project 1 BRWTP-S1A. Position held: GIS Analyst (Consultant)
Activities performed:
1. Assisting Team Leader and Dredging Expert in accessing dredging requirement in accordance with OPBC-IWN. 2. Assisting the Team Leader and Dredging Expert by preparing GIS Mapping (Complex Maps, Raster maps, Contour maps, Thematic maps, Feature Class map, Cut-fill volume Maps, Landcover and land classification maps from Landsat-8 satellite images, coordinate point maps including SOB Data, Environmental data maps). 3.Preparing Containment Protocol Design for the contractors in order to construct the containment as per the design.
4. Preparing Inception Report, Dredge Disposal Management Plan (DDMP) Report, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Progress Report for the project.
5. Preparing Monitoring log sheet for the daily dredging output consulting with the Team Leader. 6. Monitoring the progress of dredging work and prepare weekly reports for the PIU and World Bank. 7. Calculating the volume of Pre-work and Post work Survey through HYPAC Software and prepare a report in order to evaluate with the submitted reports of the Contractors. 8. Monitoring Survey works, TBM Placements, Gauge Station Water Level etc. 9. Coordinate the systematic geo-referencing, geo-coding, and archiving of all GIS shape files included in the project. Also, reproduce land-use planning maps within the established geo-database schema. 10. Producing necessary analytical features of spatial information by performing geoprocessing of spatial data. 11. Other activities, as and when assigned, by the dredging expert Team Leader. Name of assignment of project: Feasibility Studies of ESIA and RAP for the development of Kushtia, Chandpur, Pabna, and Narail Project.

Main project features: Feasible proposal and study on Environmental Social Impact Assessment and Resettlement Action Plan.
Position held: GIS Analyst
Activities performed:
1. Assisted with the Economic Zone Master-planning design on Sketchup and Lumion 3D. 2. Preparing Master Planning layout on AutoCAD and ArcGIS for Geo-referencing on the Google Earth Pro for a better Land cover and Image Analysis.
3. Preparing progress reports and presentation for coordination meetings with BEZA. 4. Participating in progress and coordination meetings at Agargaon Conference room of BEZA. 5. Preparing map boundary digitization, mouza map referencing and digitization for land acquisition purposes. 6. Meet with the area people in order to understand the project area land. 7. Preparing DEM and DSM Analysis from Spot Images of UAV and preparing elevation sheet for the Team leader.
8. Preparing borehole positioning maps in order to collect soil samples for lab test. 9. Monitoring and collecting soil test reports from the site. Name of assignment of project: DNCC New Proposed 18 wards with Eight different Zonal Maps showing the Six Zones and Proposed Roads and Facilities. Year: August 2022 to October 2023
