Professional experience:

Operates the insulation machine to perform the assembly of the product.

Follow the production schedule given by crew chief.

Inspect the line to verify the raw materials are the correct ones (insulation, core and jacket).

Bring appropriate labels and spec sheets.

Make the necessary changes to Mandrel and glass guide.

Adjust the label gun to the date code corresponding to the date.

Load the core tray with core and foil jackets, place then on the machine, then load insulation into the glass unwind machine.

Put the jackets on the Mandrel and start winding jacket machine.

Role the product to the bagger.

Maintain area and keep clean at all times.

Resolves routine questions and problems, refers complex issues to others.
