3. The individual is not entitled to any fringe benefits from NDI including without limitation annual or sick leave, health or life insurance and pension plan. 4. NDI reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time should the individual's performance be unsatisfactory, in the sole judgment of NDI. 5. This contract is contingent upon the existence of a grant agreement between NDI and a government agency or a private organization. Should the funding be terminated or suspended for any reason, NDI has the right to terminate this contract upon such notice.
6. The individual may terminate this contract by giving two weeks written notice. 7. NDI will not be liable for any third-party claims for damages arising from this contract nor for any expenses not allowable under government regulations. 3
