(PAF) in UK and Ireland. The new system will be implemented in as many institutions and pharmacies as possible. This is a planned change of the method in which Prescription Authorization Forms are completed and submitted.

The new web-based system will be a secure website. Ideally the PAFs can be accessed and completed when the prescriber and the pharmacist are with the patient. 4 of 4
