Pre-Season responsibilities included: assembling new equipment; testing all sets of skis and bindings; waxing entire inventory of skis and snowboards; hosting job fair to evaluate potential new employees; prepping entire department for opening.
In-season responsibilities included: setting weekly schedule of 30+ employees; completing weekly payroll; inventory control (broken or lost equipment for replacement).
Post-Season responsibilities: completed final inventory for broken or lost equipment; ordering of new equipment; closing of the rental department including organizing and cleaning.

Responsibilities included: completed testing of services vehicles to verify repairs; test drove vehicles in for service to verify reported customer concerns.
