Construction: I am a carpenter by trade. Some of the skills that I have include Industrial, Commercial & Residential construction, Concrete, Framing, Trim, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Roofing, Masonry, Kitchen/ Bath/ Residential Remodeling (10 years), minor Electrical, minor Plumbing, Sub-contracting, Apartment/ Building Maintenance, Punch list, Demolition. I am skilled in virtually all aspects of construction.
Equipment/ Machines/ Tools: Fork lift, Cherry picker, Man Lift (Scissor, Man Boom), Boom truck, Bobcat, Grapple, Electric/ Hand Pallet Jack, Jack hammer, any and all power/ hand tools that apply to construction or landscaping.
I have most all my own tools, truck and trailer. I have a gangbox, air compressor, hose, nail guns, coil nailer ( siding), stapler, tico gun, table saw, miter saw, tile saw, DeWalt 20 volt drills, impact drivers, sawzalls, multi tool, drywall screw gun, milwaukee hammer drill, 90 degree angle hole hog drill, bosch chorded drill for mixing, all trowels for concrete, tile, drywall ect. And a lot of painting supplies. I also have about 6 ladders various sizes. I have a drivers license, and insurance for vehicles…. As well as contractors insurance.
