• Result: Our solution helped the company gained more than 10% GMV as well as balance the ration between demand and supply by 10%. Therefore, solution enhance the conversion rate of services from 10 to 25%. Furthermore the ratio between completed trips and requests also increase from 5% to 40% depend on hour range and weather situation.
