I de link smoked sausages,skin sausages and hotdogs,slice Bologna and top chilli. I program a multi - VAC machine,fill pockets on this machine with various products that I've skinned,de linked,or cut up to be packaged. Once items are packaged,I place them in boxes,seal it and stack it on pallets. Wrap the finished pallet and transport it to the holding cooler or the shipping dock. Clean and sanitize all machinery, black soap the floors,tubs,and utensils. Make sure the floors are cleaned.

Cooler/truck recycler In the cooler was picking orders to be packed and shipped. Keeping all aisles and walkways clear of trash and clutter. Assist pickers with orders and provide them with rotaters. Truck recycler put me working on the dock unloading rotaters and cleaning trucks. Wrapping pallots and checking picked orders.
