This current role as an IT specialist in the education University field. We use Salesforce, Active directory, Azure, Microsoft 365 and many other programs to teach and help the learner with IT functions they need to know how to use for their online education. We document the call after the case is finished. We complete AI chat training with the learners as well. We actively remote into computer to fix, teach and guide with all tech issues that we are presented with or train the learner on IT subjects they are not familiar with such as recording software or presentations that need to be complete. I work with Doctorial and master’s learners in every field of education at Capella University and Strayer University.
