WING CHIEF OF CIVIL ENGINEERING

Responsible for supervision and acquisition of multi-million dollar civil engineering projects, architectural design and

drawing of plans to include both structural building exterior and interior. Managerial duties included submitting funding

documents, coordinating approval agencies, working closely with architects and design engineers, contractors, and managing

assets throughout the construction projects from beginning to end.

(C-141 AERIAL REFUELING INSTRUCTOR’ STAN EVAL/ FCF PILOT/ AIRCRAFT COMMANDER USAF, 7

MAS, Travis AFB, California. Conduct USAF check-rides and evaluation of Squadron and Wing Pilots.

Responsible for supervising the airlift of passengers and cargo into high-density domestic and international terminals in all

weather conditions. Extensive experience operating aircraft in the U.S., Central and South American, African, European,

Antarctic, Middle Eastern, Far Eastern, Australian and Pacific Theaters. Classified combat operations during Panama and

Desert Storm. Special Operation/Classified Missions. Chosen by my Wing Commander to be a maintenance liaison between

of the squadron and wing aircraft while performing functional test and FCF evaluations while collecting vital data for the

operational effectiveness and reliability of our fleet.
