Other Achievements
Led the ballot distribution team for several tournaments. Maintained accurate paperwork and employed exceptional people skills in order to distribute hundreds of ballots in a timely manner.
Exercised discretion and maintained a professional demeanor when dealing with discipline issues and unforeseen events. During the 2013 Illinois Qualifier, a snowstorm shut down the tournament mid-way through event. Worked with NCFCA leadership and host facility to safely dismiss students / families and successfully resumed competition with a modified schedule the next day.
