Merrill Gardens Development: Led multi-year contaminated water table and soil site remediation project, successfully gaining community buy-in for multi-story infill development project, completing Phase 1 study and managing Phase 2 mitigations with state, federal, and local approvals from EPA, RWQCB, and DTSC.

San Antonio Condominiums: Managed a 100+ unit Conversion Project from inception to sales including contractor budget compliance, prioritizing and refining scope of improvements to pass inspection and maximize ROI and achieve successful realization of the client development objectives.

Managed over 50+ single and multi-family renovations and development projects $2.2M+, scoping and delivering successful, on-time, within budget projects by diligently managing the bidding process, contract management, construction oversight, utility connection issues, expense tracking, and quality control.

BRE (REIT): Performed audits of multiple development projects $100M+ for top leadership of a national REIT to assess project financial, compliance, and execution health.

MacArthur BART: Served as site project manager for housing/mixed use site preparation phase, working across BART and Construction project leadership to ensure successful project execution and communication

City of San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency May 2009 – Dec 2009

Program Manager, Smart Parking Meter Pilot, Contract

Served as turn-around program manager for a $25M federally funded pilot program for demand-based parking meters; leading 30+ stakeholders from city planning and public works from project concept to implementation.

Successfully turned around the 18-month delayed project by renegotiating pricing, defining project specifications, issuing RFP, and setting up systems, tools, progress and deliverable trackers.

PBS&J/Atkins Jun 2008 – May 2009

Senior Environmental Manager/Planner

Led the strategy, development, and publication of multiple intricate Environmental Impact Analyses under CEQA and NEPA, including Oakland Housing Element EIR, San Francisco Bicycle Plan, Pittsburg Specific Plan, BART Extension, State of California High-Speed Rail EIR, and commercial and residential infill projects.

Managed and led a 10+ technical team of staff biologists, GIS, environmental engineers, civil engineers, and consultants to deliver comprehensive Environmental Impact Reports and Environmental Impact Statements for small- to large-scale projects valued from $35K to $435K.
