Fourty (40) years in the construction industry and thrity-five (35) years in telecommunication operations, management, and implementation. Extensive knowledge and experience in telecommunication audits, site construction, tower erection, designing site and preparing all documentations for local city & state jurisdiction. Well versed in heavy civil construction, mountain top installations and commercial build-outs. During COVID until present I worked on our new home & shop and many other projects until the COVID pandemic was no longer an issue.

EXPERIENCE:
A. T-Mobile – January 2015 to July 2021
Development Construction Project Manager – Working for T-Mobile as a CPM in the Spokane, WA market. I was responsible for managing the OEM (Nokia) Build to Suit companies, FSA, GC’s, sub-contractors for multiple builds including Mods, FCC, NSD, L1900/L2100, MW, L700. Working with operations & development on scoping all new site designs and modification of existing sites & systems. Exceeded all milestones & objectives by 100%. Skills set: Microsoft software, excellent internal & external communications, budgets, closeout documentation, hand off to operations, site design & tracking multiple sites concurrently.
B. Consultant / Telecommunications- September 2004 to December 2014
Site Development / CPM – Worked with American Tower as CM on the NSB for AT&T projects, located in Spokane, WA. Contractor and vendor management and supervision, project construction for tower installation & erection, worked directly with tower vendor to meet client goals and objectives. Worked with most telecommunication carriers, tasks included zoning through construction to equipment installation. Customers: SRES (Sprint Project, San Diego)Avista Utility Company, AT&T WS, Nextel, General Dynamics (UMTS Project), USFS, US Government (Parks & Recs) & T-Mobile.
C. Cricket Communications / Spokane, Washington- April 2000 to September 2004
Regional Site Development Manager - Responsible for Implementation, Site Acquisition, Zoning, Construction for NW Region, which included Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California. My knowledge of budgets, project design, and processes was utilized daily. Continue to build relationships with turnkey providers for site acquisition, zoning, and construction, including the OEM (Ericsson) while adhering to schedules. Supervised and coordinate all hiring of the project management team for each market. Yearly budget was more than $150 million.
D. Nextel Communications / Portland, Oregon- April 1993 to April 2000
Regional Project Construction Manager - Regional Construction Manager for start-up IDEN, ESMR Communication Company, wrote and implemented all construction polices. I managed all contractors, consultants; work closely with performed audits for the selling of Nextel tower assets to Spectra Site. Supervised construction, tower installation & erection, zoning and leasing actives in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Eastern Washington markets, working with consultants, contractors, and vendors to assure Nextel met all targeted schedules. My responsibly was managing all status meeting with consultants and contractors, filing all documentation, construction contracts and scheduling.
E. Cellular One / AT&T Las Vegas, Nevada- July 1989 to April 1993
Regional Construction Manager - Construction Manager for all construction & tower activity, tenant improvements, ordering of all electronic equipment. Responsible for construction agreements, construction foremen, superintendents’ sub-contractor, design of electrical services & telco. Built 100+ cellular sites, while meeting all schedules and staying on budgets. Receive final acceptance from city & county departments and internal departments.
F. Motorola C&E / San Diego, California- March 1984 to July 1989
Project / Construction Manager - Construction / Project Manager on the L.A. Fire Department, L.A. Metro-Rail projects. Responsible for supervision of all contactors on all major Motorola projects, which included site build, tower erection and installation. I was responsible for construction agreements, weekly updates to Motorola customers and reported to upper management. I received final acceptance from the customers and Motorola management team.
G. Landing at Seven Coves- January 1976 to January 1984
General Superintendent - Supervised all phases of construction of 1240 luxury condos, a 38' x 128' authentic Sternwheeler Riverboat, a 25,000sf. Tennis Center. Completed multiple customs homes (ranging from 2500sf. to 7,500sf.). Negotiated and released all construction contracts, managed office personnel, construction trade superintendents and contractors.
