Responsible for Business Development and Project Monitoring. Main business is focused around Civil, Structural & Package Items like, Clean Agent System & HVAC in Oil & Gas Sectors.

Started Rupees 38 Cr Project at Haldia, West Bengal (India) for BPCL's LPG Import Terminal recently.

Construction of Tanks and associated Piping works for Oil Tanking /IOTIES

I was responsible for setting up the entire operation starting form office set up, Local Manpower recruitment recruitment(Directly as well as through Placement agencies),

Import clearance of our machinery from India, sourcing of Consumables and other material like scaffolding, Structural material, Crane & D.G Sets through local establishments in Indonesia as well as Singapore under severe constraints of language and local culture.

Interact with local agencies in obtaining clearances required for import of Second Hand equipment, Test Certificates for use of Crane /Trailer and in obtaining Environment clearance for use of corrosion inhibitor during Hydro test.

Identify and make agreements with local contractors for execution of Tankage & Piping Job.

Attend business review meetings with client on a weekly as well as monthly basis.

General Manager Business Development- (Sept 2010 -2013)

Responsible for Overall Business Development (Domestic& International, in Oil & Gas sector, Ports, Fertilizers Chemical Plants.

Main Clients- IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Adani Port, CPCL,MRPL, GSFC, Toyo, EIL, L&T &HEISCO (Kuwait)

During my association with the Company, IOTAEC witnessed a growth jn Order Booking from Rs140 Cr in 2009-2010 to Rs 520 Cr in 2012-2013

Responsible for Diversification in Structural, Piping & Civil works in addition to strengthening the core area of Tank business.

Project Director at T3 Airport -DIAL Project of GMR New Delhi – Rs 150 Cr

Job involved flooring of 150,000 square meter area at the airport on EPC basis. I was responsible for execution of the entire Project on time through a team of 25 Staff members and 500 workers I was actively involved in co-ordination with overseas suppliers for timely procurement material with minimum inventory at site
