My responsibilities working as a customer service representative was to answer Incoming calls from landlines and vehicles, assisting members with purchasing safety and data plans for their vehicles in the department of BBWC for General Motors. In the department of CCT I received incoming blue button and landline calls helping members troubleshoot problems with their Bluetooth and Wi-Fi built inside of their vehicles, also help member troubleshoot technical difficulties with their mobile app; also helping member get registered with their mobile app. I also submitted reports for further troubleshooting for offline employees at General Motors.
