Designed, installed, and managed the 3CCGp LAN. Supervised LAN customer support, software development, and technical support personnel. Developed wide area network connectivity, remote access, and LAN based FAX capabilities. Developed deployable systems with wide area network connectivity. Installed and managed a MS Mail based email system that provided worldwide email access to 3CCGp users and relayed email to other customers using post offices with dial-up modem access.

1990 - 1991

Noncommissioned Officer in Charge Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Created and maintained the program, using the dBaseIV RDMS language, used to provide daily direction and guidance to field units to ensure optimum operations during the installation, activation, and maintaining of the largest tactical communications network ever developed, in support of Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Coordinated complex details with the Defense Communications Agency to accelerate circuit actions for the commercial satellite system which provided critical weather, intelligence, and other vital command and control circuits. Provided systems expertise and directed the effort to integrate British and French communications equipment with US systems, giving our allies secure aircraft scramble and air tasking order dissemination capability.
