Manage the entire loan operational workflow and provide clients with timely and periodic status updates of their loan application. Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested, including incoming/outgoing wire transfers, loan payoff confirmations, etc. Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Assemble all loan documents to meet the underwriting guidelines; review files for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting to the underwriting process; and finally, obtain documentation needed to clear conditions, if required.
