I had worked as Operation Manager in Retail Asset, Siliguri West Bengal for 6 years out of 12 years in Axis Bank Ltd. where I handled Home Loans, Loan against Property and Mortgage Loan.Before Axis Bank I had worked in LIC Housing Finance Ltd where also I have handled all housing loan operation work. Identifying the needs of customers and then working hard to meet or even exceed them - Working hard to market and sell the banks products like mortgages, loans and insurance etc. - Monitoring customer accounts - Maintaining all quality and procedural standards within the branch - Keeping an eye on competitor activity - Managing the day to day running of the branch.
