Letter of Recommendation for Kevin Thompson
To Whom It May Concern:
I have known Kevin for approximately years. Kevin reported to me during my tenure at ThermoFisher Scientific where I was employed as the Process Engineering Manager. Kevin's job at the time was Mold Setter in which he excelled.
Kevin was always willing to take on new responsibilities. When given an assignment Kevin "always" completed the task. He worked tirelessly untit the given task was completed to the fullest.
Kevin moved into the Process Technician role and continued the excel. He became one of the best processors in the building within a very short period of time. Kevin was so highly values that he was moved into a Supervisor position. In the event of an absence of lack of a Process Person Kevin would maintain both jobs and things continued to run.
I cannot express enough how important Kevin was to not only my success but to the success of the Factory. Kevin has a strong "Can DO" attitude and a positive outlook on whatever the situation or task at hand may be. t would recommend Kevin to anyone and if I was in a management role I would hire him immediately.
