• Risk Mitigation: Led COVID-19 response by creating strategies and guidelines to recruit 45,000 people, continue USAF pilot training operations, and educate 312,000 students, preventing a generational experience gap.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Established a 113-person Capital Region Team, serving as USSOCOM’s link to 18 interagency organizations. Chaired a C-130 total force leadership council comprised of 31 wing commanders to address mutual challenges and ID future needs. Aided foreign governments in building responsive institutions.
