Trained new hires on how to load a delivery truck properly and made sure all packages were loaded onto the trucks as well, while supervising the employees it was my responsibility that everyone was keeping their safety as they grab packages off the conveyor belt, and using the proper techniques when lifting heavy packages such as, refrigerators, couches, bed frames etc. Everyday I did paperwork on 2-3 employees a day which showed if the employee was making progress everyday as I showed them how to load trucks, grab packages off the conveyor, and properly picking up packages.
