JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

● Start-up, shutdown and emergency operation of the Combined Cycle Power Plant.

● Generate Notifications on SAP.

● Confirm and carry out safe isolation and normalizing of equipment’s.

● Effectively coordinate activities with the engineering and maintenance departments.

● Operation and Maintenance of Power Plant Main and associated Equipment.

● Organizational Health and Safety Management.

● Direct daily Shift activities and ensure safety, quality and high productivity.

● Perform the role of Incident Controller for the Plant (in the case of faults or emergencies, take charge, direct operations, Make decisions).

● Execute HV switching procedures, including isolation and earthling,

● Coordinating load dispatch with TCC.

● Maintain the equipment and accessories in safe; clean and healthy operating conditions in order to achieve reliable operation.

● Implement scheduled and emergency equipment changeovers / testing to ensure healthy condition of the equipment. DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE :

STEAM TURBINE'S

● 3 203 MW PT and 1 100 MW CT Siemens Steam turbine.

● 3 Power Blocks each block 1 Steam Turbine (Siemens SST6 5000, SPPA-T3000 Automation Control) as well 244MW each.

● 1 Steam turbine Harbin Engineering 185 MW Hydrogen cooled, and stator water cooled generator of 250 MVA driven by steam turbine.

● 80MW ABB made Steam Turbine

GAS TURBINE'S

● 3 Power Blocks each block 2 Gas Turbine (Siemens SGT6 5000F 5EE, SPPA-T3000 Automation Control) as well 231MW each.

● 3 Gas turbine units, GE (General Electric) PG9171E Duel Fuel with DLN 1.0 Mark VIE Automation control with three generators provided by GE as well 128 MW each.

● 155MW V-94.2 Siemens Gas Turbine Ansaldo Energia HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATOR (HRSG)

● 3 Power Blocks each block 2 HRSG’s (BHI) type of Triple pressure.

● 3 Harbin Engineering HRSG’s type of dual pressure. NATURAL GAS COMPRESSOR

● 7 x 16.7% Gas compressors centrifugal gas compressor units (6 duty,1 stand-by), each with automatic pressure and temperature control. Design Pressure: 43 barg / 55 barg (before / after compressors) Design Temperature: 70 C / 75 C (before / after dew point heaters).

● Three Natural gas compressor/Dry gas seal compressor to boost up gas pressure up to 28 bar, centrifugal double stage HP and LP compressor with dry gas seal N2 system 50% capacity of each compressor with inter stage cooler and cyclone separators.

WATER TREATMENT AND DESALINATION SYSTEM:

● Operation of DCS based Water filtration, Desalination and Demineralized production system by means of Dissolved air filtration (DAF) SWRO, BWRO based Desalination system 140 mᶾ/hr and Mixed Bed method one unit of Demineralized water plant of 240 mᶾ/hr.

● Siemens SPPA-T3000, Yokogawa Centum VP, GE Mark VI-e and EMERSON (Ovation), TRAININGS CERTIFIED :

● Siemens SPPA-T3000 Simulator training in Orlando, FL, USA

● NAFFCO Certified Fire & safety Training NOMAC, R2IPP KSA.

● GE Operation training Saudi ARAMCO Cogeneration Power Plant Rastanura Saudi Arabia.
