Lead QA Engineer

Worked in agile teams collaborating with product managers, software engineers, documentation, and UX/UI group to develop and test features for WebFOCUS and Mainframe FOCUS. Managed defect tracking using Jira. Tested on multiple operating systems, including Windows, Linux, OS400 and z/OS, and on mobile devices, using BrowserStack. Added workflow tests to regression suites that emulated how a customer would use the product and uncovered more UX/UI issues than basic unit tests.
