Prepared soil and groundwater sampling work plan to delineate former waste disposal area contaminated with volatile and semi-volatile organic chemical compounds and heavy metals. Procured subcontractors and conducted field investigation in level C personal protective equipment (PPE), which included soil borings, monitor well installation, soil and groundwater sampling and analytical testing. Prepared technical RFI report summarizing findings and conclusions of field investigation. Working for DERS, prepared and secured Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) Water Allocation Permit Application for Chambers Works facility.

DuPont Seaford Plant, Seaford, DE Working for DERS as Project Geologist, implemented RFI at the 600 acre Teflon manufacturing facility. Prepared RFI work plans for monitoring well installation, soil and groundwater sampling for laboratory analysis and investigation-derived waste management. Conducted and oversaw multi-drilling rig field investigations, interpreted field data and laboratory analytical results and prepared RFI reports.
