i can clean an handle money

I am a **-year old who wishes to make money and not have to rely on people for my needs and this job would really help, so i can get a phone and some new shoes. I have no job experience but i promise to work really hard and not slack around, I may b 14 but i promise i will be a valuable asset in this job, I don't have any sicknesses and i speak perfect English so please, if i need a job permit please be kind enough to give me one.
