EXPERIENCE:

Currently working in Boushahri Group Kuwait as Warehouse Manager in FMCG Division

& Supervising the Warehouse Activities and using SAP System Transaction & SAP handheld Mobile Application with more than 9 Yrs of Experience with Transferable visa 18 Shoun.

Overall responsible for entire stock in store, Logistic, Invoicing (Invoice Follow-up such as Sales Order, Sales Returns, Invoice Cancellation, Tracking of Delivery notes, Tracking of IBTS) for the product lines - Red Bull, Rauch, Aqua Eva, Gerolstenier, Disney, Ahmed Tea, Snapple, Cosmetics and Beauty Center Saloon items & electronic Appliances

Advance Database Management via SAP System: Key functions Includes GR Entries, Transfer Posting, Case Break, Breakout, MAT To MAT, Inventory Management, Invoice Report Generation, Delivery Notes & Invoice Follow up. Blocking and Unblocking of stock. Stock Admin & Team Management: physical verification of new containers, assigning the labor team to off-load the container at appropriate warehouse alignment, Verification of Received Quantity, Barcode, Expiry dates, Preparing of Shortage and Damage Stock Report. New Order Process: Invoice Generation, team assignment, stock verification (quantity, expiry date, barcode, ), authorize signing on the invoice and delivery follow up. Following Up for the Baladiya Release of Municipality of Kuwait for various food items with Supply chain Manager.

Analysis & MIS Reporting: Working out model for new SKU, near expiry, damage reports, adhoc cycle count, Missing Invoices and submitting the reports to the Logistic Manager, Brand Manager for necessary approval and actions.

Adhoc special Assignments’ : Business Case Reasoning, Stock Movement and trend analysis, Support Logistic and Product Manager & Sales Director for drafting Sales plans. Fleet Of Vans Handling: Handling More than 20 Vans of Boushahri Group following up with Daftar Renewals, Municipality Books Dealing as well as Logo Passing of Half lorries and vans. EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

B.sc-(Information technology) (2007-2010) from Punjab technical University with 71.39% aggregate completed with distinction in Dec 2010.

H.S.C: Gujarat Board 67.00 %( Science Stream) 2007 S.S.C.: Gujarat Board 77.00% aggregate.
