Established the HR Consultant role to support a new hospital and several lines of business, charged with training the leadership teams regarding performance management and creating best practices.

Reduced workplace injuries over 30% in one year as head of a hospital safety committee by investigating, establishing, and addressing the source of many similar injuries.
