Described as the largest hotel franchisor in the world, with 9,280 locations and a portfolio of 24 hotel brands, including Baymont, Days Inn, Howard Johnson, La Quinta, Ramada, Super 8, Travelodge, and Wyndham.
Recent Summary: Responsible for supporting all department instructional design projects for both franchisee-facing and associate-facing programs. Provided instructional design services, including creation, development, maintenance, and enhancements of training solutions and materials as needed. Ensured all training deliverables were instructionally sound and consistent across multiple audiences. This included corporate compliance training on topics such as information security, sexual harassment, respect in the workplace, and global anti-corruption.
Led and/or conducted needs analysis with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate performance objectives into effective global training solutions (i.e., synchronous, asynchronous, and blended solutions).

Pioneer Natural Resources is a large, 30 billion dollar, Texas-based independent oil & gas exploration, and production company.
Developed ILT and CBT compliance courses for oilfield operations into an interactive learning experience while adhering to government agency requirements, oil and gas industry standards and Pioneer’s policies and procedures utilizing LMS system SABA, authoring tools like Articulate 360, Lectora, Captivate, After Effects and Premier Pro for course development and SCORM packaging.
Project Fusion change management activities included the implementation of WorkDay Software, accompanied by comprehensive director and manager specific training materials and instructional videos. This initiative impacted 4,200 employees and over 10,000 contractors. My contributions involved conducting stakeholder analysis to identify training needs, developing a detailed change management plan, and creating tailored instructional content to facilitate a smooth transition. Additionally, I supported training sessions and developed metrics to measure the effectiveness of the training and adoption of the new system.
Managed and oversaw all special training projects, presentations, and email training alerts in partnership with HR and corporate communications. Utilized SharePoint and Newsweaver to enhance communication and collaboration.
