From my utmost respect I would like to first thank you for your time and consideration
for this opening opportunity. At 15 years old I had a passion for culinary arts went my way up
towards becoming Kitchen Manager. Red Fish was my first job assisting between the peak hours.
Cross training was naturally coming across to guide myself throughout these busy times. Within
time and commitment I am planning to stay with the Zipps Family for more than 3 years to share
my experiences and positivity. My focus is to keep a top performing team and continue great
ideas to progress the best kitchen.
In little as four years, I have managed a very busy restaurant Zipps Sports Grill from
opening to almost closing. Eligible paperwork must be done, inspections of my own were vital
and up to date prep sheets done was the main procedure to keep a steady shift. Continued my
career through Gino’s pizzaria but they were a upcoming family company and didn’t make sales
as they just opened the restaurant. Last, I work for Doordash to provide for my family at the
moment. It will mean the most having The Cheesecake Factory for my occupation to share
humbleness and compassion with others.
Getting organized and having leadership skills will take a big role in getting hired for this
position. I believe to have the ability to maintain a great atmosphere by connecting with the
team and customers. Manager or not, I will seek mistakes and help others to become a powerful
team. I am very great with customer service and adapting my circumstances. In any task I will be
providing high standards to make the business results better. I am willing to make sure this
company is a well performed customer experience by having these roles. As important for me to
also keep this career to achieve my goals and create great role models for my daughters, son.
Within time I will provide problem solving situations and expectations to becoming a successful
company. It is my pleasure to be with the team and learn to fix any situation every day. I am
looking forward to take this chance to become more professional and learn every day. Thank you
again for taking your time to get to know me; I hope I proven what has been described for Lucy’s
needs and will take my skills at a better level for this occupation.
Sincerely,
Jose Guadalupe Vasquez
