Responsible for the development and implementation of payment acceptance and processing products for Paymentech's front-end authorization system for the US and Canada, including the development and implementation.

Successfully led an initiative to develop and launch Paymentech’s 1st a proprietary closed-loop stored value system with capabilities that included Gift Card, Employee Card, Merchandise Return Card, as well as web-enabled issuance and reload capabilities. This product was successfully launched for Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s and Hooters Restaurants, with initial cards issued exceeding 14 million the first year.

Led teams of product managers, analysts and integration support responsible for new product development and maintenance, vendor integrations, and overall partner management.

Developed a solution for enabling legacy POS systems to seamlessly communicate over an IP network to enable high-speed authorization processing capabilities, as well as an innovative stand–in processing capability for embedded POS terminal applications ensuring 100% uptime performance. This solution was critical to retaining the largest steakhouse chain in North America.
