This has led to an increase in revenue by 63% and an increase in customer referrals by 37% including referrals from large companies such as schlumberger and ExxonMobil.

At Ford, my primary role was ensuring customers receive excellent service whenever they visit our dealership looking for an heavy duty equipment, vehicle, parts or any other inquiries by providing them with the necessary and even additional information to inform customers of all we have to offer, contact and provide special discounts for big clients and prepare daily spreadsheet reports services provided and update sales funnel of all vehicles sold and also observe and assist my subordinates and provide support when needed. During this role I would’ve built professional relationships with customers resulting in an increase in revenue by 110% covering sales and after sales department and we had gained 109 new customers inclusive of large customers such as Exxonmobil, SBM offshore who purchase vehicles by fleets which would have increased the amount of vehicles we bring in by 89%. I had also implemented a spreadsheet for managers to monitor the amount of vehicle services we receive and perform daily to measure how our service is growing and thus it has been growing tremendously whereby we had eliminate the walk-in procedure and replaced it with appointments in order to manage the amount of vehicle services we take daily. Last but not least I had obtained 8 certificates from ford training programs provided in areas such as communication.
